Your saying the starter isnt turning the engine over? Is the click coming from the starter? Charge the battery and clean all the cable ends. Also, on the right hand side of the cab, at the ceiling is a switch. The switch may be under the fuse cover. Switch the switch into "service" mode. This elliminates the need to have the seat belt on to start it. Does that make any difference in what happens on your machine? Let us know.</p></blockquote><p></p>
