Hello everyone my name is Jim I am new to the forms I live in Castlerock Colorado I do excavation as a side job I am having problems with my 2012 new Holland L220 I was told my foot control valve quite big and expensive needed to be replaced the valve that raises the boom and lower the boom is having a hard time pushing in and out they told me I had to replace the whole pump I can't rebuild it . My question is can I rebuild that one valve Or even the entire pump ? Well pump manufacture is Walvoil any information you can give me will be greatly appreciated thank you so much

The valves are not repairable. Have you checked for binding in the pedal and linkage?

They look like they can be rebuilt the cylinder for the boom up and boom down has two Allen head bolts and you can screw the piston in and out I would think the spring is bent
