Remove any attachments.
Lift the boom and lock it in the up position.
Remove the fenders and all but the front large bolts (leave one on each side for a pivot point, do loosen them though) that hold the cab to the frame.
Unhook the park brake linkage under the cab by removing the 2 cotter pins (one on each side)

Unhook the hoses to your heater (if you have one)
Now hook a come along from the loader quick attach to the front tie down loop between the front tires.

Hook your chain hoist to the quick attach from above so when the come along pulls the cab over center the chain hoist catches it as it begins to FALL forward. Tape the hook(s) so the chain hoist cannot come unhooked.
Remember that you will be in front (hopefully only near)of the falling cab and loader boom and the chain hoist is holding the cab from falling on you as you operate the come along.
Now begin to pull the cab forward with the come along, you won't have to pull extremly hard, so if its not coming up find out why.

Once the rear of the cab is up 15" it is at the balancing point, just past this and the hoist catches the load and can be lowered safely down onto a jack stand/
