Looking for some help.
I have a 2013 New Holland C227. The dealer gave me the correct security code, but it won’t accept it.
When I enter the correct code, it doesn’t say error. It just kicks me back to the code entry screen and asks me to re-enter the code. When I enter a wrong code, it does say ERROR.
So the system recognizes when the code is wrong, but the correct one isn’t being accepted.
Has anyone dealt with this before? Could this be a keypad or dash issue, the controller not accepting the code, a procedure or timing issue, or something that needs a dealer reset or reprogram?
