I had Bobcat send me the new MSDS forms for the new Hydraulic/Hydrostatic fluids for my files. They are attached below, but don’t get your hopes up to learn anything. The only numerical data points listed are flashpoint and kinematic viscosity. Composition/Information on ingredients? Nothing.
My guess is that they were written by a lawyer, definitely not a chemist. I say that because if you compare the new MSDS to the old one I had (also attached), the difference in what they disclose is stunning. To be clear, I’m sure that the form is 100% accurate - from a legal perspective. Just not very helpful from an end user perspective.
