Remove the front 1/2" nut from the stud and remove the front portion of the tube. There is a retaining ring on the end of the barrel of the shock. Behind the retaining ring is a guide bushing. Open a vice far enough to catch the guide bushing while allowing you to push the shock and retaining ring forward to remove the retaining ring. The shock can now be removed.</p></blockquote><p></p>
