I'm sorry, but i have not received any payments from you via paypal to make me drop everything i'm doing to try and work out what is wrong with your machine. We are here to help where we can, we give our time freely.
As for a needle valve, a diesel engine does not run a needle valve to adjust the fuel mixture.
FYI this forum is here to help people out with issues, not to complain when you you don't get what you want.

The forum is for those who know how to ask specific questions, and realize that other people are not mind readers. It is not for those who show up, post a vague question with no details, then expect to get an immediate detailed answer. You have some options at this point, a few of which are - (1) apologize and ask a more detailed specific question, (2) take your machine and checkbook to a dealer, (3) get lost.

Thanks much do I turn in till seated then back off 1 1/2 turns like a carburetor I appreciate your reply very much
