Need help325 mini excavator

I got my swivel back this week and put it in today and came to find out that they did not mark the top and bottom of the swivel
I need to know how I can turn the top of the swivel to where I need it at this is a pic of before repair

You might want to find an excavator forum instead of a completely unrelated skid steer forum! I know it's hard following directions

I finally got my swivel turned the way it supposed to be and put in yesterday
