NH LX865: i am close to a NH dealer, they weren't any help. So here I am. L mine has two fuel solenoids, there's a solenoid on top of injection pump, the one not working is on the bottom as shown in pic. I can’t find a replacement, dealer doesn’t even show it. One guy at dealer said it was part of the cold start. My issue is no starting, my electric fuel pump is not coming on. dealer says this solenoid has nothing to do with fuel pump. fuel pump checks out to be good, i know the solenoid is not working, so it needs replacing regardless. just can't find it. This pic i found of a lucas injection pump shows it, its the one on the bottom arrow. the top solenoid on mine seems to be working.

I'm in Georgia as well.. Griffin, GA

if yours looks like the pic, and the one in the Pic is made by : lucas injection pump :(as you posted

why not try contacting them and asking them what they used?

I owned a LX885 and an LS180. I'm sure that one or both of them had that solenoid. Half the time the wire had come off of it and never seemed to make a difference. My guess is it has to do with cold start or emissions. I wouldn't put much effort into chasing that because I don't think it has anything to with it not starting. I agree with your dealer.
If you're electric fuel pump on top of the filter housing isn't coming on (makes a clicking/rattling sound with key on), that's where to start. You say it checks out ok. How was that checked? Jumper 12v straight from battery?
If so, presumably electrical system isn't sending power. Fuses? (in cab and engine compartment)
Are all the dash lights doing their normal thing?
I also had problems with fuse & relay sockets getting corroded/worn and not getting contact. Found by wiggling them around. Fixed by bypass wiring in inline fuse/relay holder.
I would start in those areas.
