Need help finding a alternator for a NH L553 w Kubota engine

So this is the last part im replacing on my burner project. Up until now Ive just been charging the battery with the external 110V charger and trying to not run the lights. My L553 has the kubota V1902 engine with the prestolite alternator on it. The voltage regulator is shot and i need some help finding a replacement. Any suggestions? Should i put a new VR on it or buy a rebuilt one? Any help is greatly appreciated. Scott in Maine

Any way you can make a 1 wire delco fit? They are by far the cheapest alternator going. Found on 70s and 80s gm products.

I bought a new one online from Pats small engine for $99.99 + $6.95 shipping. Its the prestolite.
