Need Ford 1.6 tuneup data

Can anyone provide me with tuneup data for my 1.6 ford engine in my 642? Need plug gap, point gap and timing data. Thanks in advance for the help. Has anyone installed the pertonix electronic ignition? Is it worth the $?
