Need engine help on 721

Hey guys, I need some input on a project, I have a 721 loader which had the 2 cylinder diesel in it, I installed a newer wisconsin VH4d and used the flywheel adapter and u-joint from a 720 to put the motor in, as the 720's used the wisconsin. My question is I have the motor running but the hyd pump on front off the drive pump seems to be turning backwards. I know there are 2 different hyd supply pumps one for the 721 and the 720, if I switch to the other rotation pump on the 720 will the drive pump work on my 721. I guess I am wondering if the main drive pumps are the same on the 720 and 721, and just the hyd supply pumps are different. thanks
