MY SKID STEER BOOM FOOT PEDDLES ARE LOCKED UP?

I JUST TRYED TO PUT IN A NEW SEAT BELT AND THAT CHANGED NOTHING, ALSO THE SAFETY SWITCH IN THE SEAT APPEARS TO BE WORKING PROPERLY BUT I HAVE A BRAND NEW ONE ON HAND IF IT COMES TO CHANGING THAT TOO. THE CONNECTIONS THAT ARE 6 INCHES FROM THE PEDDLE SOLENOIDS APPEAR TO BE FINE ASWELL, BUT I HAVE A SUSPISION THAT IT MAY BE A CONNECTION BEYOND THOSE ONES; IS THERE A MAIN CONNECTOR FOR THOSE CONNETIONS OR DO THEY GO TO THIER OWN FUSES/RELAYS?
 
The wiring for the foot pedal solenoids comes directly from the instrument panel. No connectors, fuses or relays.
I take it the engine starts?
If your loader has a service run switch be sure it is in the run position.
Try unplugging one of the solenoids and then reenter the loader and fasten the seat belt. Turn the key on and see if the pedal that is still plugged in works. If not then plug that one back in and unplug the other solenoid and repeat the previous setup. One solenoid must be plugged in at all times for the system to work. One faulty solenoid can lock both pedals.

THANKS MIKE YOUR METHOD WORKED PERFECT. I WAS AWARE OF THE SERVICE RUN SWITCH AND I HAD TRIED IT IN BOTH POSITIONS TO SEE IF IT WOULD MAKE A DIFFERENSE, BUT THAT WAS BEFORE I GOT YOUR REPLY. IT APPEARS TO BE THE MIDDLE SOLENOID, BECAUSE WHEN I UNPLUGGED THE MIDDLE SOLENOID THE RIGHT FOOT PEDDLE WORKED BUT NOT THE LEFT; AND WHEN I UNPLUGGED THE LEFT SOLENOID THE MACHINE WOULDN'T START AT ALL. I AM IN THE PROCESS OF FINDING THE MIDDLE SOLENOID NOW. IF YOU HAVE ANY ADVISE ON HOW TO GO ABOUT CHANGING IT OUT IT WOULD BE MUCH APPRECIATED. The left "solenoid" is not really a solenoid. It is just a position switch. The auxillary hydraulic handle on the right steering lever must be in neutral for the engine to start. The power goes from the instrument panel to this switch and from the switch to the fuel shutoff solenoid. The engine will crank but it will not get any fuel if the handle and valve are not in neutral.
To change the solenoids just unplug and use an 1" wrench, I believe, and they will screw out like a bolt.
I did not even notice you were using capital letters in your post. I too had to learn that to some this means your shouting and is not considered appropriate. Don't worry about it. Since you now know everyone will be happy. LOL
