Message: <blockquote data-quote="pappabear" data-source="post: 90645" data-attributes="member: 13077"><p>OK this may seem like a no brain er.....but i want to confirm my hunch First of all i bought a after market grapple.....it took some re-hosing...but after i first tried it.....i got a hydraulic filter restriction light and alarm on 1500 rpms or higher when i idled it down...it went away.....didn't do it again for couple of months....then started doing it randomly a different rpms. asked JD dealer ship for trouble shooting....they are clueless....just farm machinery experts. i odered new light bulbs....going on two years. then it quit......so keep working.......now its cold outside.....and its happen everytime i rev up.....now i am thinking to change the hydraulic filter.......now my manual is like not helpful....and i was told to get a service manual....yeesh....why didn,t get that in the first place. anyhow. now before i order a filter....which hopefully wont be a chore.....is there any other filter..that i should change....also......just wondering if another type of hyd fluid from the grapple reacted to my hyd...as my hyd is same as my engine oil.....tier 3..special JD stuff I really dont want to fuck my baby up.....and its several hours to the nearest dealer ship. and they can change oil real good. any ideas will help.</p></blockquote><p></p>
