My 2003 Bobcat s185 Turbo will not move

My 2003 Bobcat s185 Turbo will not move. Has the following code 15-03.I checked the fuse-OK, replaced the relay,or should I check something else?

15-03 is Traction Lock Pull Coil Error. Most likely cause is a bad coil. It looks like this and is on top the chaincase behind the control panel.
