Mustang Model help

Hello -

I bought a mustang but I'm having trouble figuring out the model and year. The frame states 2060 however the engine information inside is 960. So I'm thinking it is a 960 but not sure why it has 2060 stickers on it. Serial number is 1611462. Any ideas?
