Mustang 920 towing

I have an older 920 that I more or less inherited. It is having a fuel system issue and will not stay running. How do I unlock the wheels so to speak so I can tow or move it onto a trailer to take it somewhere for service?

There is no way to unlock the wheels, they may free wheel a bit, but not that u can actually tow it
lifting it or pushing onto trailer is the only option or repairing the fuel problem as it sits

Are the wheel locks hydraulic?
