Mustang 2086 with blown engine

Im thinking about buying a mustang 2086 with a blown 80ish hp yanmar engine. I happen to have a low hrs 45 hp kubota engine as a backup only 900 hrs. Would this work in the mustang?

If the old one was about 80hp, that one won't work well, you'd need to look for a higher HP replacement like from an S250, they are bout the 80HP mark.
