Mustang 2066 Hydraulic Issue

If I run the engine speed over 75% and put too much of a load on the hydraulics it will slow down the hydraulics. If throttle it back to 75% or less then it will pick back up again and operate normal. Is there maybe a relief valve in the system or something that is acting up?
