Mustang 2060 Fuel problem?

Hi having trouble with this machines it starts up runs fine for while then starts loosing power and cutting out like it it is staving for fuel thought it was the fuel filter ,not,Where is the lift pump i do not see any wires going to the tank just fuel sender wires lines go strait to the filter and injection pump.Help if can.Thanks Rick

Could have some crud in the fuel tank clogging the pick up.
