Mustang 2042 brake cylinder

Need a parking brake hydraulic cylinder for a Mustang 2042. Nobody seems to have any. P/n 045-31423 (Same as Gehl).

Are you sure about that part number? Looking at the manual, it looks more like a bushing that goes into the bottom of the fuel tank

While I'm at it, does anyone know of a good way to reinstall those bushings in the bottom of the fuel tank?
