The seals on my lift cylinder are leaking. I will bring the old seals to Applied Industrial Technologies to try and get them to match them. They don't have any listings for the Mustang 1200 but they must have something for 2.5" bore and 1.5" rod. However they want a model number that has the same sizes. Anybody else have this issue and did you find another skid steer make/model with similar size?

The original part number for the kit is 190-18477, the kit is still available thru any gehl or manitou dealer it is around $140.
i would think they could match seals for u for less than that

That's the correct part number. Here is an option: https://www.baumhydraulics.com/images/Catalog/seal-book1.pdf and you'll find the kit listed under your machine. I haven't bought any kits from them yet, but was planning to for all four cylinders. Please report back what you find and if those published prices are correct.

The closest Manitou dealer to me is in Ottawa and were not much help. They suggested I go to a Owatonna dealer.
How bout Gehl or Mustang dealers near you, Manitou is who owns the company i would have guessed they could have did a search in parts and got u a kit, I see a lot of Gehl and Mustang numbers updating to the Manitou numbers, maybe Manitou dealers can not access Gehl or Mustang Parts??

Great find Al, thanks. The seal kit for the 1200 is $28.67, and $33.17 for the 1700. There's a problem with their website right now so you cannot order online but I think you can order over the phone.

My seal kits from Baum Hydraulics came in. I don't have them in hand yet because they don't deliver to Canada but my son in Seattle has them and will bring them next month. The kit looks complete. There are 8 pieces and I think the wear ring is part of it and there is one ring that is split open.

Finally installed my seal kits from Baum Hydraulics. Both the lift cylinder and tilt cylinder kits came with a wear ring but only the tilt cylinder had one. I watched a few videos and removal and installation was fairly event free. Had to buy a tool to remove the bearing nut. The seal wiper is has an extremely tight fit but I was able to use my woodworking vise to press them in. So far no leaks!
