Multiple ACD error 3648

I have a 2022 t770 highflow that I run a bobcat stump grinder on, the multiple acd error code has consistently popped up since I had the grinder. The wiring harness on the grinder as well as the harness running through the arm of the loader has been replaced. Sometimes it works like a charm and others it does not detect the attachment at all.
In some cases I can turn the tractor off and then turn it back on and it will go back to working but other times it has to stay off for long periods of time.
If anyone has had this issue I’d really like to know what you did to resolve it, TIA

That intermittent detection issue with a fresh harness is frustrating. The fact that it sometimes works tells you it's not a dead short or connector problem. A few things to check. First does the error clear itself when you cycle power or does it stick around. Also when it fails to detect the attachment are you getting any other codes alongside the 3648. And one more thing to confirm: when the grinder works properly is there any pattern to it. Like does it always work right after startup or does it matter how long the machine has been running.
