Here is a creation I fixed up for my 1840.
I started with a full quick attach plate from a machinery auction. Added a hunk of channel for reinforcement and two 2" receivers, one straight out and another angled up at 60 degrees. Also added holders for three receiver inserts, and an ammo box to hold chains, pins, tools, etc.
Primary function is of course, a trailer mover. I also made an 8' long pole out of 1/4 wall tubing with additional reinforcement and bracing. This can be used as a lifting pole, or also to reach up into trees to dislodge "widow makers".
I also have a hook insert to go in the top tube with a guide insert for the bottom. A chain can be attached to the hook and used to pull fence posts, etc utilizing the greater force of the bucket cylinders as opposed to the lift cylinders.
Presently, I'm also working on a 5' wide dethatcher rake that will plug into the receiver, and I will also likely make a shorter boom pole for heavier loads.

Nice clean build. I have a similar setup that attaches to my three point adapter using a couple of cables. This is a pic of it mounted on the dozer.
