MT85 Steering Issues with a Load

We have a 2019 MT85, 13k+ Hours on it, and seem to be having some steering issues with the unit. It only happens with a load on it (i.e. auger bit, etc). The hydraulic pumps seem to be fine and full. The wheels are all greased. The steering linkage does seem a little loose (like maybe wear and tear over time kinda deal).

Anyone else encounter this issue, or is this just normal operation?
