Hello, Merry Christmas to all !
I have a mt-52. I am resealing the main control valve. I am looking for the torque specs for the
Three (3) bolts, that hold the control valve sections
Together?
Thanks, Mark

Do you know the brand of the valve?
Hi,
Not Shure it has a brand name ?
The control valve came from bobcat .
Part # 6686260 / complete assembly.
The valve body is made up with several
Sections/functions. I am resealing it , to
Stop the oil leaks. The three (3) bolts, hold
The segments/ valve bodies together.

Not sure what brand this is. I would torque to at least 35 foot pounds. What size are the tie rods?

Hi,
Those three (3) bolts are 3/8 dia. The length is
About 14 to 16 inches long. ( did not measure).
I found a couple of O-rings cut on the
"AUX." valve body section.
Thanks for the information.
Regards, Mark

You're welcome. If you discover the valve doesn't seem to function smoothly, loosen the tie rod nuts and reduce torque in 2 foot pound increments until they work correctly. Too tight and the spools won't want to shift. Too loose and the valve will leak.
