Moving Immobile 2109

Hello, I just picked up a 2006 Mustang 2109 that has a seized motor with 700hrs. It's been sitting for some time but we have been unable to locate a release or neutral to get the thing to roll. Hooked up a 8k winch and thing didn't budge. Does anyone have any experience or recommendations on how to move this thing? Thank you in advance!

Not sure on the big machines but the smaller ones are hydraulic release parking brakes on each side. Maybe pull chain case covers and remove the chains? Otherwise a porta power pump could probably be plumbed to release the brake but the you'd probably want to unhook drive motor hoses so you don't damage seals
