Pretty well no machine have a device like this installed, generally they are just moved with brute force to a location that you can wor on it.
You can remove the hydraulic lines tot he motors, by-pass the brake and it will roll easier, but you risk motor damage if dirt gets in or if you move it far enough to run out of oil.
