Where and how much psi should I get at the HYD. block? I'm removing the main block and the bics. block. I wanted to check the psi before taking it apart. Thanks Jeff

It's a 763. Not sure if the aux. works. Can I check it at the block somewere?
I guess you could, you'd need to T into the main line coming from the pump to the control block and install a gauge. Then tilt the bucket back till it hits the limit and see what the reading is.
NEVER plug the main line from the pump to the control block. You will blow a hose or destroy your pump. The relief is in the control block, if you T in, it will be fine as this entire line will only reach the pressure set by the relief valve.
To test if your aux hydraulics work, start the mchine, run at idle. Press the button on the dash for aux hydraulics. Use the thumb switch on the right lever, move it one way and listen for a whistle and the engine bog a little. See if it does it for both directions. If it does, your aux hydraulics work and you can check the pressure there. You will need a quick coupler and a pressure gauge for this though.
