Make & Model # of Bobcat 440B Loader Control Valves

Does anyone know what the make and model number / series number of the loader control valves are on a 440B? I am considering adding auxiliary hydraulics on it and I don't really like the price that Bobcat is quoting me. Thanks in advance!!
 
Melroe/Ingersoll-Rand made the control valves for all the Bobcat machines when they owned Bobcat. I think your only source is Bobcat for a factory style valve but you could add aftermarket solenoid controlled valves with switches in the cab to add auxiliary hydraulics.

Thanks for the reply, I was afraid of that. Electric-over-hydraulic was plan "B" and it will be the way that I going.

Been thinking about the solenoid valve solution for a bit now and I need some guidance. Where would be the appropriate location in the circuit to plumb in the extra valve? If I were to plumb it in between the pump and the loader control block, would I not need a solenoid valve with “power beyond” capability? Or does the loader control have power beyond capability? Or is there another option I am overlooking?
Like every true cheap a$$, I am trying to do this as economically as possible. I have located a double solenoid 3P/4W tandem centre valve at Princess Auto that looks like it sould be up to the task. Just want to make sure before I start procuring the pieces.

If you put it between the pump and valve, you MUST install a relief. The relief will currently be installed in the main control block.
You could check you rcurrent control block to see if it has any PB ports and connect into it. I have never done this, so i'm not sure if exactly how it could be plumbed in.

In my experience (principally with Gresen valves), to convert a valve to PB, a PB adaptor was installed into the return port on the directional control valve. It was not typically not a seperate port. Are Bobcat valves different this way?
The valve block is all setup for a third spool, but the spool is not installed. Of course Bobcat will sell you all the parts separately to set it up (for $$$$$), but I have to do it the cheap complicated way (LOL).
I really wish that I could lay my hands on a detailed hydraulic schematic. Anybody have one?

I'm really not sure how Bobcat have their valves setup. The older ones that i assume you have? used segments that you could replace if damaged. They were not their own branded valves though.
There are hydraulic schematics but they just show directions and high/low pressures. From memory, i don't think they give a lot of detail.

If you put the valve upstream it will have to have both a relief and a power beyond. Don't suppose Bobcat has a power beyond available for the factory control valve? Then you could get away without the second relief.
There is no reason the you new valve can't be 1st in line to the pump however. So long as it is pb and has a relief.
All pb ultimately does is make 2 ports of the pb valve outflow.
One port is high pressure supplying the downstream valve when the first valve in in neutral.
The second low pressure return flow port is only active when the first valve is being used. (you can't use flow returning from one function to power a second function, without have high back pressure through the first function) While it is being used there is no high pressure flow from the 1st port available to the second valve. (unless the 1st valve is being opened just slightly, some valve can be feathered)
