For you 'Hydraulic Gurus'. One of my hydro pumps (Cessna 15510) took a dive so I tore it apart and discovered the gaskets in a million pieces.....bought the 'rebuild' kit and at that point I decided to read some instructions :-) Says I should have marked a line across the entire body to ensure assembling the body parts correctly. I'm not worried about the "end" parts but can I make a mistake with the middle section during assembly?

That is a good question.... Aren't the inlet and outlet ports in this casing? If so, you really can't mess that up as if it's wrong, you won't be able to hook the hoses up.
The end caps, look at where the seal is and look for a marking on the middle section to line them up. They generally mark with age and having a seal sitting on them. You should be able to work out how it used to sit....

Thanks Tazza.......I think I'll be OK......I did find that one side has one extra supply hole (about the size of a pin head) which corresponds with a feeder groove in the end cap so I "should" be alright.
