m371 pulleys please help

I bought an old m371a few months ago and recently the smallest inner pulley for the hydraulic pump broke in half someone had beat on it in the past my problem is the old 14hp kohler has an odd shaft size 1.4 inches ive searched all my local small Engine stores and cant find one if any of you guys that have repowered one of these has the originals I would buy them all I have a tonof work I need to do and I want to get her back going

Nobody ? have any ideas ive searched the web for days no one offers a pulley in this shaft size if you know someone who has repowerd one of these please let me know any leads would be great id buy the whole engine to get the pulleys

The only other option is t talk to a machine shop and get them to either machine a new pulley for you, or machine a pre-made one to fit in place of the broken one
