My M-500 side cover is leaking. I am talking about the large rectangular cover where the drive chain is located. It leaks when the machine gets bounced around while working. There is a replacement gasket available for around $47 per side. The gasket comes in multiple pieces. Are these supposed to be reusable after routine adjustments? The replacement set looks like ordinary cork that could easily be made at home with the correct material. Has anyone tried this?
