LX865 won't turn after restarting

Starts up and runs fine initially. Once it warms up, if you shut it off and immediately restart, only one wheel turns. The other won't turn unless I give it a lot of RPMs, then it jerks and takes off fine. What's going on here?

Not sure what is happening but it might have to do with low charge pressure. Is it the left side by any chance? I have seen the problem but never investigated completely. Usually see it at low RPM. Leaving off the right side will allow the left side to move.

No, it's the right side that's not moving.
