Hey guy!

I've had another thread for several weeks seeking help with a ghost leak on my 865, I thought I'd share what I found and ask some advice. So I pulled the LH pump today finding that due to a motor mount failure the bottom of the servo rubbed thru the frame causing a leak from wearing down the servo casing. Question is. This hole in the center of the metal is where the fluid is coming from. Can I fix this? Weld it? Build and weld a cap of some sort or am I screwed.? It appears the metal piece comes out as to the set screw in the housing. Any help is much appreciated.

The cap with the hole in it is what sets the control spool to neutral. It has to be adjusted properly when you install a replacement, or the machine will creep. I can get you a cap or a replacement control if you have need.
