You should not be able to raise the boom or tilt the bucket if the switch in the service position. There is something wrong with the seat or seat belt circuits if the loader will not start. Place the switch in the run position, as you sit in the seat look at the instrument panel an see if the panel lights up. If it does the seat circuit is OK. Next fasten the seat belt and see if the seat belt light goes out, if it does the seat belt circuit is OK.</p></blockquote><p></p>
