LX665 no lights, only starts in service mode

LX665 no lights on eic, just a constant beep when turn key. only starts in service mode and can't use hydraulics then.

Found a blown 5 amp fuse in the engine compartment I shorted it out when I unplugged and plugged the seat buckle connector back together because the buckle button broke and I had to splice and bypass the buckle, then unplug and replug to get hydraulics. New buckle on the way. $125
