Often when I cycle glow plugs twice, it will start right up. I noticed that is I go to start it (50 deg outside) glow plugs will count down from 2. I then crank it, and it doesnt start right away. When I cycle the glow plugs the second time the timer counts down from 13. Is there something wrong with the dash that it doesnt count further the first time?
