Message: <blockquote data-quote="Mike10" data-source="post: 58464" data-attributes="member: 5461"><p>Before sitting in the seat look at the instrument panel.  While watching the panel sit in the seat.  The lights should light and go through the self check.  After the self check there should be two lights on.  The park and seat belt light.  Fasten the seat belt and that should put out the seat belt light.  Up to this point the key should be off.  If this all checks the engine should start if everything else is alright.  The only other components between the key switch and starter relay is the service/run switch and the start interlock relay in the engine fuse panel.  I would look at the start interlock relay.  It is the long relay in the fuse panel</p></blockquote><p></p>
