So after hearing a clicking noise from my starter relay and verifying it by feeling it just click I decided to replace it. Easier said than done in the tight area but success. However the new one clicks also. Tested the power to it and actually all checks out good. So now what? Battery has been tested and that’s good

Does your machine have a service mode? if so try to start it in service mode and make sure it's not a safety trying to keep it from starting.

It does have a service mode. So after switching to that the starter relay still just clicks. I’ve again checked power to it and that checks out good. But still won’t start.

I'll admit I'm not very familiar with your machine however when you say relay I assume you mean the starter solenoid, is the solenoid bolted to the firewall on the back side of the engine bay? Is that what is clicking or the actual relay that I believe is in the rear fuse box? If the solenoid is clicking you need to make sure you're getting power from one side to the other. Can you reach the starter to check for power and have someone try to start it? Either you have a bad connection between your starter solenoid and your starter or you have a bad starter itself.
