I wanted to make a post to help my future self. I have found my own posts from 2018 to still be helpful. I hope it helps someone else down the road. My experience with a 1998 LX 865. Error 02: almost always fuel shut off solenoid. Either solenoid is bad, or 12v is not getting to the solenoid. Error 03: locks the bucket/lift hydraulics. Two times I have had seat switches go bad with intermittent functionality. Most recently it was the two lockout solenoids in front of seat below floor pan. Solenoids should retract when in seat and seat belt latches. Resistance should be 16-18 ohms on solenoid. One of mine was 70 ohms, and was sporadic. Replaced it, error code went away.
