Message: <blockquote data-quote="Mike10" data-source="post: 44193" data-attributes="member: 5461"><p>You need to determine if the problem is with the pedal or the control vavle.  Remove the panel that is between your legs when you are in the loader, eight bolts.  This panel covers the control valve.  After the panel is removed, find the linkage for that foot pedal that connects to the control valve.  Preferably remove the pin at the control valve spool or if it is stuck remove the bolt at the other end of that link.  Now move the pedal. It should move freely, if not find where it is binding and lubricate or disassemble.  If the pedal and linkage is free than the problem is in the control valve.  You can try and spray some lubricant on the portion of the spool that is exposed and work it back and forth.  If that does not free it up the control valve will need to be removed and the detent cap checked for binding.  Ususally it is a linkage problem.</p></blockquote><p></p>
