The pedals are locked (won't move at all) and therefore I cannot move the boom up or down. I can start the machine with out the seat belt locked, however the lights on the dash panel flash for the seatbelt and handbrake. I got the machine for free and got it picked up, so I don't know if there's a trick to it. It drives forward and back, and the 4in1 works but the boom won't move? Is there something I'm missing? I've read on here that it may be the seatbelt switch, but it does start and run without it, so it may be something else?</p></blockquote><p></p>
