The bobcat 811 backhoe says its righ at 2000 lbs. My JD 317 has an operating weight capacity of 1750 w/o the counterweights and 2100 with the counterweights. I don't have the counterweights, but I won't be lifting this more then a foot off the ground so can I get away with it? Is there a diffeence between operating weight moving dirt/rocks, lifting the bucket up high - versus the weight capacity of a backhoe attachment?</p></blockquote><p></p>
