Locked up track

I have a ct 332 John Deere skidsteer. One day when my boss was operating one track locked up. The other track won’t stop moving. So you can start it and it runs fine but as soon as you take the parking brake off, one track immediately starts moving in reverse. You can change it’s direction with the hand control but can’t change it’s speed and of course can’t stop it. Any ideas? We’ve tried swapping around the four actuators on the pumps. Didn’t make a difference. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks
