Locked hand controls 32-54 error code

Hi all ! I just finished a 2 hour job on my 763 g series with ACS I normally run hand controls .all of a sudden I saw the acs light up and my sticks locked . Threw it in foot controls and everything worked .. In my mind that clears the servos everything but the actual hand controls.. so has anyone see a lock actuator issue??

I'm getting a 32-54 code neither repair manual references that code, took the boots off both sticks contact cleaner on all connectors...still foot control only.. any advice would be great...
