I just replaced a hose on my late 90's 763 and had to undo a couple of others to gain access. The hoses that were loosened, moved out of the way, and then reconnected are behind the coolant overflow on the right side of the engine. They appear to go to the arm lift cylinder(s). Now, after connecting them back up, the raise function on both lift and tilt doesn't work and just deadheads as if locked in place when I try to actuate it. Everything worked fine before the repair, so did I screw something up?

I would assume you have 2 hoses reversed but you will have to figure it out as which ones.
You didn't mention what model amchine you have, newer machines (under 20 or so years) have safety systems to lock out lift and tilt if the seat bar or seat switch is not activated. Could it be as simple as that?
When you operate the lift or tilt it just dead heads the hydraulics, i feel this could be your issue.
