Hi everyone, i searched on the forum and didnt see a situation like mine and am looking for help. I was moving a pile of sand and as i drove into a pile to get a full bucket, i was going rather fast and stalled the machine. When i restarted it the hydraulic charge light came on and i had no drive function or boom/bucket power. i have cleaned the strainer and changed both filters and restarted it briefly and nothing works. the motor works fine and the hydraulics dont make any bad sounds but nothing happens. im thinking that the coupler or keyway broke when i rammed into the pile? i cant see my hydraulic system failing all of a sudden especially when everything was working perfectly. I also cant see it being a electrical problem. however the seat and safety sensors were bypassed from the previous owner. I am at a loss of where to start and dont want to tear the hydraulic system apart before checking something more easy... If it was a electrical problem the drive motors would still work? any help would be awesome!

Remove the hoses from the hydraulic pump at the front. Remvoe the two bolts holding the hydraulic pump to the hydrostat pumps. Remove the hydraulic pump and see if the shaft going into the hydraulic pump is broken, If not broken then crank the engine while watching the front of the hydrostat pump where the shaft from the hydraulic pump goes. If the hydrostat pump shaft is turning then the connection at the engine is good. If the hydrostat shaft does not turn then the drive plate at the back of the engine has failed. If the hydrostat pump shaft does turn and the hydraulic pump shaft is not broken, then disassemble the hydraulic pump and check for internal damage. If no damage is found, reseal the hydraulic pump and should be good to go.
