Bought seal replacement kits for the boom cylinders. They came with new pistons. The end (lock nut side) seal is red plastic with a rubber o ring inside. Is there a trick to installing them? It does not want to stretch over the piston and I'm afraid I'll tear it if I force it. Any help is appreciated. Luck - Dwain

As a follow up, I did it like this: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nKs3bAVcyoY instead of twine, I asked my wife for some flat ribbon from her sewing stuff and it worked like a charm. If you do it, wear gloves so the ribbon doesn't cut into your hands. Lick - Dwain
