It used to turn over very quickly and start but now you must have key on for a few seconds until it fires up. Seems to bog when giving more throttle. Now when driving and lifting, turning, etc, it almost wants to die, then it builds back power again and goes- the guy check all injectors for fuel, checked for trash in the lines, and the fuel filter is clean. He said the governor was "sticking" and not letting enough fuel in-he said he fixed it, but when he left, same thing- SO- What should I investigate as I try to solve the problem- fuel pump seems to be clicking when key is turned on, so I'm getting fuel. Side question- he put only water in my radiator due to the fact he said it's good to let it get a little hot to seal up everything- remember- new crank, rod, gaskets...
